Radiograph and CT of a 51-year-old female patient with lymphangiosis carcinomatosa due to bronchogenic carcinoma. The chest radiograph demonstrates evidence of distinct reticulonodular opacities in the right lung. The right hilum is markedly enlarged with streaky opacities extending from this region to the periphery. These changes are due to a distinct right hilar soft tissue mass as seen on CT, extending along perivascular bundles. Marked reticulation of lung parenchyma is present with nodular lesions along vessels and fissures.
